Since 2013 we have been a key partner for KIA, taking on very innovative projects.
Phase 1: Creation of the KIA Colombia corporate website with a 3D vehicle configurator. The vehicle configurator was launched at the International Motor Show in Bogotá. The KIA team had tablets in the stand’s surroundings.
Phase 2: Creation of the “sales support” system for building loyalty in workshop customers. Gamification system with points for employees and customers.
Phase 3: Creation of the “Confirmeza” vehicle-financing platform. Simulator for the purchase of financed vehicles.
Results:
KIA leads the digital transformation trend in the automotive sector in Colombia.
The level of online customer acquisition grew above 400%.
The positioning of KIA in the Colombian market has been rated as one of the best in the whole of Latin America.
