Since 2011 we have been Alcampo’s strategic partner for content. They had many concerns at the time of launching their official profiles on social networks. This required a change in perception in the brand’s internal communication in Spain.
At Royal we managed the opening of all channels, strategic planning and the internal training of their team.
We now manage and create all their digital content, from social media posts and weekly blog posts to tactical initiatives. Annually, at Christmas, we develop the digital platform “Me lo Pido”, which allows users and customers of Alcampo to create their own Letter to the Three Kings online and, since the platform is linked to the company’s web page, purchases can be made more easily. We coordinate all the actions we take on social networks with influencers and create and optimize all the company’s Social Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube).
Currently, the Alcampo Facebook account has a community of more than 3,500,000 users. We have carefully created a digital image that fits the values of the brand.
A high rate of success has been achieved in meeting the annual objectives plan from 2011 until 2019.
